NEC System Technologies, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), being fully aware that the appropriate protection of personal information is our social responsibility, promotes the following activities:
| 1. | The Company conducts training and works on educating all employees. Each division will be assigned a manager for the appropriate management of personal information.

| 2. | The Company strives to manage the security of personal information by taking necessary and appropriate security measures, including the prevention of leakage, loss, and destruction of personal data that the Company handles.

| 3. | The use of personal information will be strictly limited to the purposes that the Company has already notified or announced or for purposes that are clear from the situation in which the information was collected, except in a circumstance where there is a prior consent of the customer, or where it is permitted by a law.

| 4. | The company will not disclose personal information to any third party other than the Company's outsourced partners and successors of work, except in a circumstance where there is a prior consent by the customer, or where it is permitted by a law.

| 5. | If the Company provides personal information to a third party, the Company will, by contract, require the third party to respect and prevent personal information from being leaked. The Company reserves the right to look at special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

| 6. | If the Company is requested to verify or modify personal information that the Company holds, it shall make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request. Please contact the Company's representative as indicated.

| 7. | While complying with the applicable laws and regulations in Japan regarding protection of personal information, the Company has established and promoted a compliance program that conforms to JIS Q15001, "Requirements for Compliance Program regarding Protection of Personal Information," a Japanese Industrial Standard, as well as the industrial guideline. Additionally, the Company shall review its compliance program on a continual basis and improve it in order to ensure that we carry out the protection of personal information effectively.
