NEC System Technologies continues to enhance its efforts toward CSR activities that meet the social responsibilities required from a global company such as ourselves and to further promote one of our management visions, "A company with high ethics that contributes to society."
We addresses two themes: "coexisting with society" and "the protection of the global environment." Our first theme, "coexisting with society," NEC System Technologies is making the following efforts: the establishment of a work environment in which employees can work comfortably, the enhancement of information security, stepping up of corporate governance, and the introduction of activities centering on the use of IT in local communities.
Further, in order to establish a good work environment, NEC System Technologies is promoting measures for improvement in employee health care, the enhancement of training support systems, and improved communication within and outside of the company. These efforts are guided by the key words "health, education and communication," which define the president's focus area.
Our second theme, "the protection of the global environment", NEC System Technologies introduces environmental activities for which it has set environmental guidelines and objectives with the participation of all employees.
NEC System Technologies will actively promote the CSR activities so that it can continue to contribute to a prosperous society by undertaking business activities in good balance with the environment and society.
